Materials:
Approximately 550g or 20oz or 1130 yards of worsted weight yarn. Sample made using just over 5 skeins of Coats Promise, 100% acrylic, in bright yellow.
Size 8 needles, preferably 24" circulars.
Gauge:
20sts/4in in pattern
Finished size: 40 inches square
Cast on 180 stitches.
Row 1: *K1, P4*, repeat between *s
Row 2 and 3: *K3, P2*, repeat between *s
Row 4: Repeat Row 1.
Rows 5 and 6: Knit across.
Repeat rows 1 through 6 until piece is 40 inches (or desired length) from beginning, ending with row 6.
Cast off.
